How to insert Chart in Word 2013

In Microsoft Word 2013, you can create a chart easily. There are many chart type that you can choose. Pie chart, column chart, scatter chart, line chart etc.  In addition, you can edit or reset chart easily.

Six steps to insert Chart in Microsoft Word 2013
  1. Click “INSERT”

  4. Choose a chart type and click “OK”

  8. Click the chart and then click “DESIGN” to edit your chart.  Such as you can add chart element, change the color, change chart styles, edit data, change chart type etc.

  10. Click the chart and then click “FORMAT” to format your chart. For example, you can reset style, insert shapes, change shape styles, word art style, re-size etc.
