How to create collapsible rows in Excel 2013

When you process data in Excel 2013, you can collapse/group the rows or column easily. By using group and ungroup, you can hide or unhide the rows or columns. Check it below!

1. Select rows that you want to collapsible

2. Click “DATA”
3. Click “Group”, and next click “Group”

4. Click “negative” button to hide the rows

5. And click “positive” button to unhide the rows
